Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia. ## Acceptable use The following are prohibited on SDA Listings: - Fraud, impersonation or misrepresentation. - Scraping or automated access without written permission. - Spam, unsolicited marketing or lead sales. - Harassment, discrimination or exploitation of vulnerable users. - Misleading listings or false NDIS registration claims. - Unauthorised disclosure of participant, provider or coordinator information. - Malware or unsafe file uploads. - Bypassing access controls or account sharing. - Misuse of contact details released for a specific enquiry.
