What "vacancy" means on SDA Listings
A vacancy is a currently available room or dwelling in an SDA property. Providers list vacancies as they arise and update them when a participant moves in. Each vacancy shows the property's SDA design category, building type, bedroom count and the date the provider last confirmed availability.

How this differs from SIL vacancies
