By using the platform you agree to these terms. ## Nature of the service SDA Listings is an independent accommodation listing, information, enquiry and connection platform focused primarily on Specialist Disability Accommodation. SDA Listings is not a registered NDIS provider, is not the NDIA, is not the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Australian Government. ## Eligibility and account You must be at least 18 years old (or have appropriate authority) to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the security of your credentials. ## Acting for another person If you submit information on behalf of another person (for example a family member or NDIS participant), you warrant that you have appropriate authority, that you are respecting supported decision-making, and that the person understands what is being submitted. ## Acceptable use You must not use the platform for fraud, impersonation, scraping, spam, harassment, discrimination, false claims, unauthorised disclosure, sale of lead data, mass marketing, malware, or bypassing access controls. ## Enquiries, matching and introductions Matching results are informational, not offers. SDA Listings does not guarantee housing, provider response, vacancy availability or suitability. ## User-generated content You grant SDA Listings a non-exclusive licence to display content you submit for the purpose of operating the platform. You retain ownership of your content. ## Moderation and enforcement We may remove, suspend, edit or noindex content that we reasonably believe breaches these terms, is misleading, is unsafe, or infringes the rights of others. We aim to provide notice and reasons where practical. ## Consumer rights Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. ## No emergency service SDA Listings is not an emergency service. In an emergency dial 000. ## Termination Either party may end access. Certain provisions (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and record-keeping) survive termination. ## Changes We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated and may require re-acceptance. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia. ## Change history Version 0.1 — initial draft prepared for solicitor review.
