Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia. ## Marketing and email - Marketing consent is separate from operational communications and platform use. - Property alert consent is separate from general marketing. - Provider contact release does not create marketing consent. - Housing enquiry submission does not create marketing consent. - Every marketing email identifies the sender, provides valid contact details, and includes a working unsubscribe link. - Withdrawn users are added to a suppression list and are not re-added without a fresh, separate consent. ## Change history Version 0.1 — initial draft prepared for solicitor review.
