Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia. ## Participant, family and Support Coordinator terms These terms apply to participants, families, nominees and Support Coordinators using SDA Listings. - Submit truthful information about housing needs. - Only submit information for another person where you have appropriate authority and are respecting supported decision-making. - Avoid submitting unnecessary clinical detail. - Provider-sharing and contact release are separate choices you can withdraw. - Conduct independent due diligence, including property inspection and appropriate professional advice. - SDA Listings does not guarantee suitability, funding, or provider contact. - SDA Listings is not an emergency service. - You may withdraw an enquiry, correct information, or delete your account at any time. - Misuse of provider information (including sharing it beyond the person you are assisting) is prohibited.
