Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia. ## Property listing rules Listings must: - describe the property accurately, including location, SDA category and accessibility features; - state vacancy status truthfully and update it promptly; - only use photographs the provider has rights to publish; - label illustrative or stock images clearly; - state resident capacity accurately; - be transparent about fees and inclusions; - avoid unsupported registration claims; - avoid discriminatory, medical-promise, guaranteed-funding or fake-urgency language; - avoid duplication; - protect exact addresses where appropriate for participant safety. SDA Listings may remove or noindex incomplete or misleading listings. ## Change history Version 0.1 — initial draft prepared for solicitor review.
