Coordinator Guides guide

Requesting information from SDA providers

Clear, structured information requests get faster answers. They also protect the participant by keeping the provider's response on record.

Write requests that are easy to answer

  • Ask one topic at a time — access, tenancy, supports, housemates.
  • Give context — which participant, which listing, why you're asking.
  • State a reasonable response timeframe.

What to record

  • Every question and every answer, in the participant's record.
  • Any documents provided — enrolment, floor plans, photos, tenancy templates.
  • Escalations where a provider is not responding.

SDA Listings provides an in-app Information Request tool that structures this workflow for you.
