Under the NDIS, SDA and SIL are deliberately separated. SDA pays for the physical home; SIL pays for the workers who assist you in it. Shortlist SDA homes on Find an SDA Home.
Confirm which SIL providers already operate in each building.
If you have choice, compare SIL providers on SIL Connect.
Sign SDA and SIL agreements separately so you can change one without losing the other.

For support coordinators
