- Change in support needs — more or less physical support, different overnight cover.
- Change in housemate group, or a shift from sharing to living alone.
- Change in family or work location, or the loss of local services.
- The current dwelling no longer matches your design category.
Steps to think through
- Talk to your Support Coordinator about what's not working.
- Update your housing requirements before restarting your search.
- Check notice periods in your current tenancy.
- Line up your new SIL arrangement before moving date if possible.
You do not have to justify moving
You are the tenant. You do not need permission to look for a different home. A good provider will support you through the process even when you are leaving them.
