- The property is being renovated or re-enrolled.
What to do instead
- Set up a property alert for similar homes.
- Widen your search radius by one or two suburbs.
- Contact the same provider about upcoming vacancies elsewhere.
- Explore alternative building types in the same area.
Keep your housing requirements ready
When something suitable does appear, you'll want to move quickly. Keep your requirements document and supporting reports up to date so you can respond within days, not weeks.
