How to list an SDA property

Listings that are accurate, current and specific perform best — for participants, coordinators and your own team.

Before you start

  • Confirm the dwelling's SDA enrolment and category.
  • Have current vacancy and household information at hand.
  • Prepare at least six photographs (see the photo guide).

Fill out the listing

  • Title should be specific — building type, general area, category.
  • Description should describe the home, the neighbourhood and the household clearly.
  • Vacancy fields should reflect today's reality, not last quarter's.

After publishing

  • Set a reminder to review vacancy fortnightly.
  • Respond to enquiries promptly.
  • Retire or update the listing as soon as the vacancy fills.
