Improving SDA listing quality

High-quality SDA listings receive more relevant enquiries, not just more enquiries. That's better for your team and for the participants you're trying to serve.

The four biggest levers

  • Accurate access features — resist the urge to list every feature "just in case".
  • Current vacancy — nothing damages trust like an out-of-date vacancy.
  • Specific descriptions — describe this home, not "our homes generally".
  • Genuine photos — recent, well-lit, respectful of residents.

What to avoid

  • Superlatives without evidence ("Australia's best SDA").
  • Guarantees about NDIS funding or eligibility.
  • Copy-paste descriptions used across multiple listings.
