Photos are how most people first assess a property. They must be recent, accurate and taken with residents' privacy front of mind.
What to photograph
- Front approach and entry.
- Main living, kitchen and dining area.
- A representative bedroom and its bathroom.
- Any distinctive access feature — hoist provisioning, level-entry shower, backup power cabinet.
- Outdoor space and any parking.
What to avoid
- Photos that identify current residents without written consent.
- Heavily edited or dated images that no longer match the home.
- Wide-angle shots that misrepresent room size.
